Congrats to Coach K and his teams for tying Coach Knight. Its amazing !

Whether 903 happens tonight vs Mich St (which I think will be a tough game) or Davidson.... Coach K is the best coach and so glad he stayed at Duke University! People like Crazy Towel Guy (Herb) was one of the Concerned Iron Dukes that wanted K fired after the first 3 yrs or so. Although, Herb will never admit it!

I guess what I'm most proud of is the quality of guys up there in the STANDS tonight. One after another after another after another we couldn't have more pride and respect for who have come through this program. And the last,and one of the very best of them all, with that wide, space-in-the-middle-of-his-teeth GRIN, my favorite --Battier. Gosh! What a bunch. They are SO pretty1 Bless all those hearts.

The kids looked nervous in the first half, and not quit themselves. Probably due to so much pressure and being at Madison square Garden. It was the Who's Who of Duke Alum Basketball at MSG last night.

In the 2nd half, Duke played some beautiful basketball for 15 minutes, and then allowed Mich St to get back into the game. Andre shot the lights out last night. Something to always remember for that young man. Seth and Ryan played so well. Our Plum boys still need to practice their Free throws!

So emotional for Coach K and Coach Knight.... that was a beautiful moment in history for both gentlemen! The after game media was almost like Duke won another Championship! That's how it felt! Wonderful the K family and his brother, Bill and all the former Duke players were all there for the 903 celebration.

On Regis and Kelly show, Regis just held up a newspaper with Coach K and Coach Knight on it with the 903! Great shout out from "Live" show!!

I absolutely love this story. The interaction between the two of them after the game was, dare I say, sweet. Bob Knight just cracks me up. First, "You've got to hurry up and pass me so I don't have to say nice things about you any more," then this. Coach K's response is pretty classic, too.
