I think he must have taken his blanket and teddy bear and slept on the front stoop all night just to be ready. I have NEVER seen him this excited. How he got into Bell Tower is a mystery. You generally have to be really important or have some big time connections to get in there. We aren't asking any questions.
Bless his heart and that of the room mate who has to live every day at his energy level!
