We're Married!

Hello Friends,
Kelly and I are pleased to announce that we were married on Friday, August 5th at a small, surprise ceremony at her parent's house.
Kelly's accident really helped put things into perspective for both us. Most importantly, Kelly and I wanted to be husband and wife, and could not bare to wait any longer. My brother and his girlfriend were in NC on vacation; so he was able to attend as my best man, which was a really wonderful feeling. I've always wanted him by my side for that moment, so it was really special that he was in town.
And to make the day even more special; a friend of the Kelly's family volunteered to marry us. Pastor Gayle heard of our story through a family friend, when she was asked to pray for Kelly's recovery and our marriage. When she discovered that we were to be married on Friday she immediately offered her services. I cannot explain well enough the remarkable impact her kindness made on our day. It meant that my disabled mother was able to attend our marriage; it meant that Kelly was able to rest comfortably at any moment, it meant a close family friend could offer a personal sermon, it just filled us with so much happiness and joy.
Kelly wants to send her thanks and love to you all for your prayers and vibes. And from me; thank you for giving me a place of refuge when I needed to take a break from the last week's storm.
Much love,
Mr. Jeremy Long and Mrs. Kelly Crosby
