I ran an update tonight. I don't like the idea of all these guests because every one of them is "downloading file". I don't know which, but I'm a bit worried that another site is directing them our way to download a virus or something. I scanned the entire site and found no viruses, but there is still a reason why all the guests have shown up recently. They are still here after the update..so that didn't fix it. Still working on it, but I can tell you we are virus free.

I just received several emails regarding new private messages that are, in fact, old private messages. Is that from the update?

Me too. I'm sure I'll get 78 emails for the PM's that are still in my in box. Shit.

I think I've topped out at about 40+ emails. CTN is in spamming mode tonight.

I don't get CTN emails anymore for PM notification. I have forwarded all of them to AD, Ozzie and CB&B.

When I checked my gmail this morning, I thought that the stuff had hit the fan over in CTN land. I had a ton of email notifications. I'm glad I'd read all those PMs when I originally got them.

Count me among the multitudes who got multitudes of email notifications. CTN had been really, really slow on both my computers for several days. I almost wrote to ask what was up. But, now it's back to its normal, fleet-footed self.

I only got about 40 email notifications, not 78. Wonder why? Time to delete a bunch of shit... not that y'all's PM's are shit. Well, not all of them anyway! ;)

I think at some board the board's function of sending out the email's stopped working, and obviously the update fixed it. So it didn't apply to every PM, just the ones you weren't notified about.
