Okay, Seriously....a Legal Question.

Is it illegal to simply ASK someone for narcotics? Aside from a funny look or a searing scoff, can you get into any real trouble just asking someone if you can have a narcotic? Don't include them actually giving you one into the equation.

Call my office and ask for Holly. She can make you an appointment and I will answer your question. My retainer is $5,000.00. I prefer certified funds.

That IS her discounted price. Normally it's $10,000. Canadian. (The loony is more valuable than the greenback these days, I believe.)
