I think I am going to . Repeatedly.

I'm just not rooting, period.
I hope for one of the following situations:
1) Both teams tie, and neither advances to the Final Four (not going to happen);
2) One team wins, and the star player on the team in the postgame interview thanks his financial supporter, also known as his coach;
3) Five injuries for each team.
4) The winning coach gets charged with sexual harassment.
5) The final score is something like 40-32, and critics consider this to be the worst game in the history of the NCAA.

For my own sanity in where I live, I have to hope that UK loses. If I lived anywhere else, I'd go the other way. ILJ is in complete, reluctant agreement with me.

I'm sure you can appreciate the basis for my opinion.
Regardless:
1) the Holes can go to HELL;
2) I'll be disappointed;
3) I'll be glad that someone has been eliminated.

I'm becoming an astronomer. That meteor is out there. Somewhere.

I will root for Kentucky without hesitation. It will make it even more amusing when the wins are vacated due to recruiting violations.

If they backslide from Thursday night's performance, I will be sorely disappointed.

This tourney is horrible so far. I hate nearly every team left, sans Butler.

Following is the order in which I like the remaining teams, with "1." being "I like them!" and "8." meaning, "GO TO HELL!!!!"

1. Butler (go Bulldogs!)
2. VCU (gotta pull for the underdogs, even if they beat Duke a few years ago)
3. Kansas (I'd be okay with them winning it)
4. Arizona (Okay, I guess.)
5. Kentucky (My good friend went there. He's a great guy. I'd be happy for him)
6. Florida (one of my ex girlfriends is a big fan and went there. She was mean.)
7. UConnvicts (still wanted for thievery for their 2004 robbery of Duke)

As Chris alluded to, got to be a meteor shower due soon, right?

Oh they'll backslide. Arizona played like the Lakers the other night. Even bench players were pulling up in transition and knocking down threes. Today they won't be able to throw it in the ocean. UConn by 8.

Honestly, as long as carolina doesn't win, I really don't care. #2 in "please don't let them win" would be UConn, because a) they are gross, and b) I don't want Calhoun inching closer to K in any capacity.
I can even deal with Kentucky winning, because I fully expect whatever performance they turn in to be vacated eventually.

After we beat them last year, I immediately said that if we don't bring home a 5th championship this year, I hope Butler gets their first because they remind me a lot of Duke 30 years ago. Go Duke!!
