For the last couple of hours I've been blowing up aliens on my new PS3. There's nothing like mayhem and bloodshed to make attorneys relaxed and happy.

I'm happy. I had a nice day. For the most, a good year. My family members are all well. I feel good . My Blue Devils are playing great basketball. What more could I ask for? Well, I would love to see Kyre get well.

Kelly and I are staying in tonight. I've been prepping and cooking all day. We're having Canard a l'Orange, Potato Gratin, Roasted Fennel and Carrots, plus many delicious cocktails including a ginger-infused vodka and champagne cocktail. We are rokken like Dokken!

I'm usually happy. I was not drinking when I voted, but there's still time in the day to work on that.
