Torn between a really good baked ham or a really good roast. Turkey already had its day.

Roast. Today we had a rib roast. Yum. Turkey is for T-giving. Ham is for Easter.

Prime rib.

We had the ham. It was OK. I like the idea of prime rib! I think that's what we always had growing up, and my mother made great prime rib! As good as her brisket! Ymm!

Angus boneless rib-eye roast. Started with a sear on the grill, (those Cajun spices will smoke up and choke ya to death) then lovingly slow and low-temp roasted(275) until a beautiful medium rare.
