K and the staff are in FL watching the 'City of Palms Classic'.
Young Mr Rivers and his team lost the consolation game. He played well on offense. Nobody on either side played any defense.

That will change.

These are being telecast on ESPNU, now.

I watched AR's game last night. He's definitely talented - if he wants to score odds are he will. Hell of a jab step and he uses the triple-threat position to perfection. His form is ugly and he will need some time to adjust defensively but my guess is he'll start from day 1. Hell, he'd start at unc-ch today if they'd let him (and if he liked pansy blue). His brother (a freshman) might end up being pretty good himself. He played a few minutes at the end and from the view on TV I'd guess he was at least 4-5 inches shorter then anyone else out there. Got into a few tight spots while dribbling and turned it over a few times but he wasn't afraid to run with the big boys out there.

IF Kyrie came back, he and Rivers - with Dawkins at the 3, would easily be the best 1-3 group in the country. Since it's unlikely Irving will be back, I guess we'll have to settle for some combination of Cook, Thornton, Curry, Rivers and Dawkins and only have the best 1-3 by a small margin. What can you do? :D
