Post-whoring! A verb - as in padding your post count.

NOT an adjuective, as in "I have entered the post-whoring phase of my life."

And don't be embarrassed to have asked this question. Others have asked it before and still others will ask it after.

I have loved the number of people asking that question who have "I don't know what PWing is" for their status. (That status will change after 20 posts IMA )

I was pretty embarrassed to ask too. Maybe we should put a one post sticky at the top title "PW-ing is..." with the definition inside so that anyone who doesn't know won't have to participate in it to find out. ;) Then again, these threads are a great way to get a leg-up for newbies.

NO! I love it when somebody starts a post with - "OK, I give up, what's PWing." It makes me feel like one of the cool kids!

And don't worry, I'm an inclusive cool kid. You can sit at my lunch table anytime Ima. I've been using the PW term for so long, it still surprises me that we invented it on the LTE. Kind of like the Crazies and 'Airball'. I know we supposedly invented that chant (for Chickie Yonaker, no less) but really? Did we?

Oh, come on. If she'd really been THAT embarrassed about it, she could have done a quick search or just jumped on google and looked it up. That's how I found out.

I think I figured it out on my own, somehow.

Maybe it was reading the LTE on TSTMNBN (or TOBY, or TOWEL).

. . . or maybe it was in some other way.

At any rate, I think I have the hang of it and know what it is now.
