I love brocolli. Always have, and I suspect I always will. How do YOU feel about brocolli?

You got it. But add a little lemon juice to the butter on the steamed broc.

First, I put some crushed garlic in boiling water. Next, I add a little baking soda. Then, I quickly cook the broccoli florets in the garlic-infused water. The baking soda helps the broccoli retain its bright green color.

Steamed tender crisp with butter and salt.

OR

Steamed tender crisp, then sauteed in olive oil, garlic and shallots.

Stir-fried with large quantities of thinly sliced beef, in a slightly sweet sauce, and then drizzled with soy sauce. Healthy, huh?

Broccoli is an acquired taste. I eat it but I can't say (other than fixed in the above manner) I enjoy it all that much.
