P.S. I'm willing to throw Ol' Roy some plus points for taking this action. Whatever the problem, he put the team before the player. Both K and Cut have done it. It would have been smart for Butch to do the same thing.

Edit to this post since point was brought up OY. K has only had to boot anyone for academic reasons. But he did it. Cut has booted a few players. (Don't piss on Cutcliffe's Wheaties!)

Well, it wasn't Graves' first rodeo. He was suspended for a good portion of 2009.

It isn't a well known fact, and he wasn't a scholarship player, however, the "legendary" Patrick Davidson was booted off the team by Coach K for non-academic reasons.

While no one has ever come out and said as much, the rumor was Graves missed the 2nd half of their 2009 season (and the championship) for getting busted for ....more then once. So it seems pretty safe to assume this is related based on the limited amount of info released.

I wonder how Barnes likes being chained to the post?
