Assuming the table is reasonably clean, I'll put the rogue pepperonis back on the pizza, probably on the naked crust ends to give them some additional flavor! If the table is nasty, (and why the hell am I eating at that restaurant to begin with?) I'll throw them out.

Where have the pepperonis fallen?

On the tray/table/plate, I eat them unless they fell off someone else's slice.
On the floor, they're yours to keep/eat/dispose of properly.

I edited the wording a bit. The pepperonis are sitting on the table, next to the pizza in front of you.

This poll reminds me of a Baby Sam story.

Sam was about 4 years old. We had returned from the neighborhood swim club. He pointed to his chest and said, "Look, Mom. I have two pepperonis."

From that moment on, we've referred to male nipples as pepperonis.

If it's my table, I eat them, if it's at a restaurant, I throw them away. I don't care how clean their table looks.

Where's the option for picking them up and putting them on someone else's piece of pizza?

In all reality, I'd just go ahead and put them back on - at least if I can get to them in the first 10 seconds.

I always figure the table's probably cleaner than the kitchen, anyway.

Lay down on the kitchen floor and tape one pepperoni over each eye. When someone walks in, spring up and scream, "I am the Pepperoni Mad Man and I'm going to eat your eyes! Arrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrghghghghhhh!!"

On second thought, just stick them back on the pizza.

Like CB&B said, if it's my table, I eat them. If it's a restaurant, throw them out.

Depends on how much cheese is attached to them and how much pepperoni is left on my piece... lots of both and I eat them. Little or none and I stick them back on my pizza.
