Precisely why I don't tatoo. I have enough ID marks naturally so as to avoid getting some on purpose.

One of the other Duke boards (not OY) had the best description of this guy:
"This guy literally had stupid stamped on his face."

Probably so he could park in handicapped spots without a handicapped placard....
Seriously, if criminals knew how often something they've done to themselves makes them memorable, maybe my job would be harder because they'd quit.
