Duke Basketball Trivia Time!

Post by EarlJam » August 5th, 2010, 8:43 pm

I know this probably belongs in the other section, but it's not exactly Duke Hoops news; more of a fun thing. Test your knowledge!

1. What team won the Men's Div. I Basketball National Championship four months ago?

2. Four months from today, who will still be able to claim the Men's Div. I Basketball National Championship?

3. What will NOT be hanging in Chapel Hill this year?
a. The stench of defeat
b. Roy Williams, in effigy
c. A 2010 National Championship banner
d. The heads of Rams Club members

These are hard questions. I'm not sure I can answer them without doing some research.

The point is, here, four months out..........let us not forget the mega Triumph we celebrated in April! We still have many more days to celebrate, but year's like this are few and far between! Duke IS the reigning NATIONAL CHAMPION, and it still feels OH so good!

Yes, we are the favorite for next year, but we all know how incredibly hard it is to repeat. Odds are, this time next year we will no longer be the champion, so let's enjoy this with each and every day now and through next season! Who knows, maybe this time next year Duke WILL still be national champions!

This looks like a Jim Harrick final exam.
