Prime Viewing Alert

For those of you in the Triangle, watch WRAL's 6 pm news on Thursday night and look for their report on traffic conditions changing in the Triangle. That's Mrs. Ozzie driving to work on Wednesday morning! 8-) A cameraman rode with her and filmed the journey, and asked her questions along the way (I don't know what she said). The commercial's advertising the spot tonight (and probably on Thursday) show her starting the car and pulling out of the driveway (view from the passenger seat where the camera man was).

For those not in the Triangle, you can watch the news as they stream it live at www.wral.com . If you want to, that is! :D

That's too cool. I'll try to catch the stream, I'm usually checking out WRAL's site a couple times of day, so I'll hopefully remember. I wonder if they'll archive it.

I was too late but it might be cool if we could somehow have that video posted here (a YouTube type thing).

I wish I'd seen this thread earlier when I was at home, I would have set the DVR to record the news. Hopefully I'll get a chance to when I get home, providing I remember to do so.

Yay for Mrs. Ozzie being on TV. I'll have get her autograph the next time I see her.

Unfortunately, I'm no longer in the Triangle, so I won't get to see it. Maybe somebody could YouTube her part?

Is Mrs. Ozzie's hand, arm, and inside of her car featured in this advertisement?

Yes, that is she! I was standing outside the passenger window talking to them when that was shot.

I agree! She did great! :-bd It is about a 40 minute drive from home to work, depending on traffic

A link to the story will be available on WRAL later this evening. I'll check when we get back from dinner - going to go out to celebrate Beth's celebrity - and post it if no one else has! 8-)

WTG Mrs. Ozzie!!!

Since when did 3.34% become "nearly 3.5%?" I'm on a criticize WRAL kick these days.

Ozzie, how was Mrs. Ozzie chosen for the piece?

I, for one, am highly disappointed in this piece. Not once did I hear mention of either A) pastrami or B) GO TO HELL carolina. A sad, sad reflection on the network, the commuter and her marriage.
