I have heard it used as sex slang before, though I've heard it as "kissing the tomato" or "slurping the tomato" or "making out with the tomato". I'm sure, if you think hard enough, you can figure it out. I won't spell it out because I wouldn't want to offend anyone. If you want it spelled out, PM me. However, by PMing me, you are giving me your solemn oath not to be offended by the answer.
