Okay guys, not talking about the pubic region here. Only the face. If you HAD to name a location, where do you..........fear to shave the most? Fear as in, "Oh God, I really don't want to cut myself open here."

Other: right around the scar on the tip of my chin.

I use a rotary electric razor. I have no fears shaving, and there is no option for none so I can't vote. Besides, I haven't shaved over my top lip since Thanksgiving 1981.

When I say "neck", I mean back of the neck. That's always a tough part, as you're flying kinda blind and it's an awkward position.

For me it's the entire face. I have wicked strong facial hair that grows in every direction and with a few swirls to make things interesting and to top it all off I have very sensitive skin. It is impossible to shave with the growth due to the direction of the hair, and even if I could it wouldn't prevent bad razor burn. I hate shaving. Thankfully, Kelly digs the beard.

Isn't that why we get married? You know you've found the one when she's willing to shave the back of your neck for you.

If you ever get rid of the beard, after you've gotten rid of the long hair, try using Williams Lectric Shave with a Norelco rotary razor. Recommendation goes to any man who suffers razor burn while shaving. If you use an electric razor but no pre-shave, try Lectric Shave - it makes a HUGE difference in comfort.

Someone please forward this to the Williams' Company so I can get a gig as a paid endorser/spokesman! B-)

Thanks for the recommendation. I went through two different electric razors in my past. It proved to be a costly failure as both of them destroyed my face on multiple occasions. I was predestined to not shave. :-)

She's perfectly willing. The problem is finding the time that we're both available. :)

Wait. Are we still talking "shaving" here or something else? :)

(with a straight razor) My neck. Especially near the carotid artery. Just a fear of mine since I was a kid and saw a friend of mine fall through the plate galss storm door on his front porch. The blood gushing was rather disturbing

I got a shave from a barber before my buddy's wedding. I wasn't really afraid, but I was shocked at how uncomfortable I was an hour later. My whole entire face was on fire. I had hoped that the shave would be the best shave I had and that I wouldn't suffer from the reactions I typically have from shaving. I was wrong. That's when I figured out that it didn't make a difference what kind of blade or razor I used; my hair just doesn't like to be cut.

Shaving while camping (i.e., COLD water) really, really, stinks.

Why shave? Camping is one the best excuses to not shave!
