I'm still smiling! And flying a Duke flag in front of my house. It's a bit tattered now but will stay up through the lacrosse tournament, at least.

Still happy here. Also still waiting for my SI goodies, but I have my T-shirts and my hat. I can't bring myself to wearing the main shirt (like the players wore). I guess I'm waiting for a special T-shirt occasion.

Going over to the store next week after the crowds from this weekend are gone. See if they have anything on sale. All is still quiet over in Orange County. Gotta love the signs of spring. Birds singing, the grass growing, Tarheels choking, and Duke celebrating another Championship!!!!!! AW.

We almost missed our turn in Lexington as we REALLY wanted to just drive on to Indy and hang around Lucas Oil Field for another few games.

This doesn't exactly fit in the NC +35 (perhaps I should warn myself!) but in helping Mr. Lawgrad straighten out some stuff in the garage this evening, I found my 2001 National Championship T-shirt. I have had my 1991 and '92 shirts in a safe storage place, but had no idea where this shirt was until tonight. It was in a box with some other clothes marked "SORT!" The other clothes are being sorted to the Goodwill but this T will have a place of honor....
