"A shitty deal"

I'm listening to the senate hearings with Goldman Sachs. The questioning senator/chairman of the committee keeps saying "A shitty deal", as quoted in the Goldman documents/transcripts about the deal in question. I wonder if the senator will be fined by the powers that be for saying a four letter word in prime time, even though it's on cable (CNBC in this case)? I wonder if they will try to fine CNBC instead for televising it.

I'm more interested in whether any of them will receive infraction points over yonder.
