Terms, Cliches that Annoy You

What are some that annoy you?
For me, one that comes to mind (I heard it today) was:
"Vicious Cycle" - Used all the time. Hell, I want to purchase a mountain bike and paint the word "VICIOUS" on the side of it. When asked about my bike, I can say: "Yeah, I ride it all the time now; but then I'll go weeks without riding it at all; then I start riding it like crazy again. Really, it's a vicious cycle."
Discuss.

Oh God, GOOD ONE!
I hate that one! I used to hear it all the time in the corporate world.
"Look guys, at the end of the day it's all about results. We can say anything, promise anything. But if at the end of day we have not moved the needle by pushing the envelope and stroking our clients, then we are gonkfungled; Gonkfungled on a level not seen since Coke said, "let's change the formula!"

If you've read any Thomas Kuhn (who coined the term) he had a very specific context in which it should be used. It's waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay over used.

"No problem". Some people think thats the only response to use for for anything said to them. Example, If I think I may have been in someones way, in a store, etc. The usual response is "no problem".

"Have a good one.(good'un)"
Thanks, I think? I already have a good one, I just need a bigger one, or one that works without those little blue pills. ;)

This response is especially inappropriate when it's said in response to "Thank you."

"Deep Dive" , "30,000 Foot Level" and the one currently driving me nuts....
"Reach out to you" when you mean call/e-mail/talk to/ask....everybody in my company is 'reaching out' to everyone else...I may have to reach out and smack someone!

Forte vs. forte
A strength of mine is a forte (pronounced FORT); the latter term (pronounced FOR-tay) refers to a musical term for loudness.
Bugs me EVERY time I hear it mispronounced.
