Feliz Cinco de Mayo!

Post by CathyCA » May 5th, 2009, 12:28 pm

It's Cinco de Mayo!

I don't think they celebrate it here in North Carolina, except at Taco Bell. In California, we had parades, parties, games, decoration, food and lots of beverages.

Do you observe Cinco de Mayo in your community?

I had a nice margarita or five at Cheeseburger in Paradise to celebrate. :ymparty: I also tried a Keylada Lime Pie Pina Colada. Now THAT was tasty. It had a LOT of rum, but you couldn't taste it at all. It tasted like a big piece of key lime pie you suck through a straw. It was AWESOME.
