Skin of a Tangerine; Skin of a Human

So I just got through eating two tangerines. After peeling them, I put the skin on a plate next to me. As I type this, the sun is shining brightly on said tangerine skin, as well as my skin. I have no idea
why it's taken me this long to notice, but the tangerine skin has "pores" that vvery much resemble human skin. In fact, if the human skin were orange (and it is for some who overuse tanning creme), it would very much look just like a tangerine.
Just a random observation.
I am watching Saving Private Ryan.

IIRC, there was no tangerine scene in Saving Private Ryan.
