There's a thread on DBR about this but I wanted one here, so let's do it. I've been without a computer since Monday but am back in Atlanta now. So many things to say. But one thing I was SO happy to see, was that I was not alone in my thoughts about the "One Shining Moment" video at the end of Monday night. Is it petty? Yes. I mean, Duke won the National Championship and that's all that really matters. But that video? From the second it aired, I was really dissapointed and I was wondering if I was the only one.

First of all, the song being sung by that girl, well, it sucked. Then the cuts to the girl. Sucked. Then the absolute absence of anything positive about Duke in the video is absolutely inexcusable. CBS sucks.

Anyway, doesn't really matter, but still. I don't know. Go Braves. My salsa sucks.

I looked forward to watching. And then, while I was watching, I was thinking, "Are they going to show Duke at all?" They showed Jennifer Hudson more than they showed Duke. Someone please remind me when she won the NCAA Men's Basketball Championship.

It was bad. There are several remakes available on youtube that are better.

I don't know what was worse: Jennifer Hudson singing out of her range or the video's not featuring Duke. There were plenty of opportunities to put Duke in the video before the championship night.

In short, the video sucked.
