I'm doing nothing. I'm Irish on the inside. So everything I do celebrates St. Patty's day.

I have been keeping my eyes open for leprechauns. Haven't seen any yet.

I'm going to make Irish beef and root stew tonight.

Nothing planned. Maybe I'll go to Cracker Barrel for dinner and get their corned beef and cabbage plate. Had that a couple of years ago and it was very good. Hope they have it on the menu this month.

I don't care about the leprechaun. I just want his pot of gold.

I'ma go to the store pretty soon to grab some corned beef before they run out. That's about it.

I had a delicious lunch featuring corned beef, braised cabbage, roasted potatoes and apple wedges. The dessert was a slice of cake which combined a layer of green mint cream, a layer of chocolate mousse and some dark chocolate to hold it all together.

I don't have any Irish Whiskey at home at the moment. I do have Scotch, but it seems kind of insulting to drink on St. Pat's day. I think I'll crack a Guinness.
