It could be from the Duke freshman "pig book", aka Freshman Record from the late 60's or early 70's. I used my HS senior picture in mine and it is that size. I just pulled mine out and there were 4 pictures across, just like these, and the names were out to the side. So this IS a freshman record. It's just a matter of whose?????

I'm thinking they did all year books like that in that era!
