Tuna hands down. Salmon is good don't get me wrong, but there is something special about tuna. Pan seared, in salads, in sushi, sashimi, I love it anyway you can get it in my belly.

I've never had canned salmon before, but the thought makes me queasy. :ymsick:
I'm down for the canned tuna if I'm making tuna salad.

If I had the choice between a FRESH Tuna steak and Salmon steak, I would pick the Tuna steak and coddle it with seasoning and gently place it on the grill! OMG, I can almost taste it! One of the valentines week surprises was Salmon steak pinwheel with lobster mix in between the swirls to make a hearty and delicious entre! I like Salmon steaks also, but not on a regular daily basis!
