I proofed the prints yesterday at the gallery, I finally found the time and cash to get them done. Now, I need to send them off to the sports office. One is going to the sports info office, one is going to Kevin White, and one is going to Coach Cutclliffe. I know all of their emails, but I don't see where the actual addresses are to send them, can anyone give me a link?

Also, if any of y'all are interested, the prints are being offered now on a low CTN price of $75. Each one will be signed and numbered with a certificate of authenticity, and I'm limiting them to a run of 100 each. Number 1's will be going to Duke, the rest to the public.
Sizes are 11 X 22 for Renfree and Huffman, #48 is a little larger at 16 X 25. They aren't framed, and I'd be leary to frame and ship them because they would be from Italy. (fragile)

For a quick view on them, go here http://www.wagnerwatercolor.com/gallery3.html. The prints are the ones of the individuals.

I'm putting "Reciever Ready" (#87, Brett Huffman) in the "Art for the Heart" show here in MHC in February, it's the show I won an award of excellence for last year. Going for 2 in a row!

PM me if you are interested in either the prints or the originals (which are now for sale too, since I got the prints done), and please send a link to a good address if you know one.

Holy shnickies! From Italy?

Work is awesome Chris. Do you know where we can see it on campus once it's been delivered?

I have no idea, it's up to them if they want to hang them. It's up them if they want to frame them, too.

Of course...I've managed to go a whole week and not drink the ones I picked out for you! If you do come up, I could meet y'all in Jacksonville so you wouldn't have to drive the whole way.

Mailed them off today; one went to Cut, one to K. White, one to the sports info office. The UPS lady said they will be there tomorrow.

Can't wait to hear the feedback.

Did they each get a different print?

What do you anticipate happening next? Do they know there are more for sale? What are the requirements for selling them in the bookstore?

Love, Ima

Hellifiknow..right now I'm just concentrating on my next painting (coolest painting. ever.) And my next two shows.
Ima Facultiwyfe wrote: Do they know there are more for sale?
They got the number ones. Each was numbered 1/100. If they don't know there are more...

I have no idea. It's not something I've thought about approaching them on.

All that being said..I am working on a new painting tonight and I've thought of Ima during the whole process. It's hard enough to impress people, but to impress other artists can give you a headache. Especially when their work kicks ass.
Your work kicks ass Amy... you need to be in a gallery somewhere.

Ima, you do need to show your work in a gallery.

Gallery? No! I'm no where NEAR as prolific as CB&B. I paint maybe two or three a year and I never know if anything will turn out when I start. It keeps me off the streets, though. I get such a vicarious kick out of watching Chris get out there and go for it.

I did just get a letter from a woman in Tennessee who saw the recent painting of my brother. She would like to commission me for one of her grandchildren. Gulp. I told her I'd give it a try this summer.....no promises.....I'd just TRY! Maybe then my life will be my own long enough to concentrate.

Chris, I went to the website and looked over the football pics. I really do like the first one of all the clashing bodies best. I hope something comes of that one. Is it the one you sent to the football office? Wouldn't it be great to see it on a program cover next season? :D

Love, Ima

Just remember, if you ever fall off the wagon and end up back out there, go for the dankest stuff you can find. ;)
