I think we can anticipate a start time later than noon! Given the time of year, a 7P game would be fabulous!

I'm kind of excited about this one! Maybe my fellow classmates will decide to attend at least this one game with me...

Dates of two other games are also known. Dates for the three known games are below:

Sept. 18 Alabama at Duke
Sept. 25 Army at Duke
Oct. 30 at Navy

The non-conference game will be Elon. Other home games will be Boston College, Miami, North Carolina and Virginia. Away games will be GA Tech, Maryland, VA Tech and Wake Forest.

If Homecoming is same time as last year, we'll be playing Army. My first Duke football game was the 1959 Army game which was Homecoming that year. That was the Army team with the lonesome end, the guy who never came into the huddle but always knew the plays. I've heard it said that the way Army was able to pass so effectively influenced Bill Murray to begin to pass more the next season when Duke went on to the Cotton Bowl.

I sure hope it's a night game! Prolly on national TV, too, since Alabama is the defending national champ.

Yep, because since we're gonna shock the world, we may as well do it in front of millions.
