Look, I'm a HUGE tennis fan, but I saw another commercial today with Johnny Mac (who I love), using this phrase yet again to peddle (sp) a product.

Enough already. What do you think?

Voted "haven't heard this". I've heard it from him, but luckily I've missed it pushing whatever he is selling.

Oh God. Maybe it's a Georgia thing. Car commercials, insurance, rentals, etc. Really, I'm one of his big fans and if they mixed up creative, it would be great. I wouldn't be able to get enough. But it's always, "You cannot be serious!" So predictable. But it must be working.

The Script:

Venus and Serena, already famous and tremendously successful at doubles play are playing two opponets. The Williams sisters are using HEAD tennis racquets. The opponents are using some other brand. It's a sunny day on the hard courts of Arthur Ashe Stadium in Queens.

[Play ensues with grunts and close-ups of the Williams sisters hitting winner after winner]

Screen fades to black. In white font appears the text, "HEAD."

[More play. The opponents are grimmacing and one falls to her knees]

Screen fades to black. In white font appears the text, "Shove it..."

[The final winner is struck by Serena with the HEAD logo clearly shown. She raises her arms in triumph and approaches the net]

Screen fades to black. In white font appears the text, "Down your opponents throat!"

[Cut to the opponents being interviewed. They are completely dejected and their face and bodies show it. They are panting, and can barely talk]

"In the end....(pause for breath)....in the end....they just gave us too much HEAD."

[Cut to Serena and Venus rasing the trophy and the HEAD racquets]

Screen fades to black. Voice Over: "Give 'em Hell. Give 'em HEAD."
