What a GREAT idea!!
I was thinking, just now at this very moment (I know, pretty cool that I can do that!) perhaps the PLAN sandwich could be something like "Pickle, Lettuce, And Mayo" sammy. Ya know?

I thought more specifically a Pastrami, Leek And Mustard Sandwich.

Plam is not defined but it is mentioned somewhere in, I think, this thread. Someone (not me) posted something and made a typo. The typo read, "plam" instead of whatever food or content they meant to express. Someone else called them out on it, and the rest is history.
