RIP Chris Henry...

Reports are saying that Chris Henry, WR of the Bengals, died today. Apparently he was arguing with his fiancee, she stormed off and jumped in her pickup truck. He hopped in the back and she floored it, throwing him from the bed of the truck. He died in the hospital of injuries suffered in the fall.
Thoughts and prayers to his family today.

Sad story and RIP for sure.
You think Tiger is wishing he had been driving a pickup instead of an Escalade?

He had lots of issues before supposedly straightening his life out recently. I wonder if she was really "storming off" or trying to get away.

Everything I've read has said that he'd matured and turned himself around. Certainly a possibility though.

I doubt very seriously that his fiancee had "stormed off" since the 911 caller following the pick-up truck told the operater that Chris Henry was beating on the windows of the truck. "Running for her life" is a better term for what she was doing.
She's lucky she got away.
I don't believe that those who practice domestic violence are ever reformed. It is a vicious cycle.

I would agree with that (good comment CathyCA)! Although it can work both ways, predominately it is the man doing the violence (F_cking bastard)! I don't wish any ill will on anyone and am not saying anything specific, but sometimes, "one get's what they deserve".....
