"On December 15th, Cincinnati Bell deployed enhancements to ZoomTown.com and WebMail website to our subscribers. Over the past two days, we have received valuable feedback regarding the look and feel of the new ZoomTown.com.
Based on this feedback we are rolling back the initial changes associated with the new site. Updates to the new ZoomTown.com site are under construction and we will re-introduce the site in the near future."
In other words, they designed something so crappy that they took it down as soon as anyone got a look at it!
