I don't know man, nobody seems to care when athletes and celebrities whore themselves out to corporate sponsors, so my guess is Yes.EarlJam wrote:Is it legal ANYWHERE in The United States?

That's what I was gonna say. That's the odd thing. It's LEGAL in some places in Nevada, but NOT in Vegas. That it's illegal in "Sin City", the place that does regular TV commercials about what's happening there staying there, is rather ironic, I think. I read somewhere that it's illegal to have sex there WITHOUT a condom. Seems like a problem for their population size to me. ;)DukeUsul wrote:There are some counties in Nevada where it's legal. Outside of Las Vegas. Look up the Bunny Ranch. There was a documentary show about that particular "house of ill repute" on HBO.
And just how would the go about enforcing that?bjornolf wrote:That's what I was gonna say. That's the odd thing. It's LEGAL in some places in Nevada, but NOT in Vegas. The same way most states enforce their "sodomy" laws?DukieInKansas wrote:And just how would the go about enforcing that?bjornolf wrote:That's what I was gonna say. That's the odd thing. Investigate anyone who shows up pregnant to an OBGYN's office or Planned Parenthood? I'm joking, of course.DukieInKansas wrote:And just how would the go about enforcing that?bjornolf wrote:That's what I was gonna say. That's the odd thing. I doubt there is a law that states it's illegal to have sex without a condom. I can buy into that there is law, somewhere in Nevada most likely, that states it is illegal to have sex with a prostitute without a condom.bjornolf wrote:That's what I was gonna say. There aren't many state laws left on sodomy. Sodomy was never clearly defined in the first place but it's my understanding that sodomy was any sexual act not intended for procreation. Therefore, sex with a condom could've been interpreted as sodomy. Pretty awesome huh?TillyGalore wrote:I doubt there is a law that states it's illegal to have sex without a condom.
