I went to the Southern Association Student Councils Convention when I was in high school. My junior year the convention was held in Little Rock, Arkansas and one of the keynote speakers was Jeanne Robertson, Miss North Carolina 1963 and comedian/professional speaker. She was a gem!
Anywho, she pulled a few of the presidents for a few delegations out of the audience and had them on stage to participate in a trivia game. She asked the first two presidents pretty simple trivia questions about their states; stuff like "What is your state bird?" or "What is the capitol?" When she got to the NC President, she said "Oh this is gonna be easy honey, I just want you to whistle the state song."
All of us in the NC Delegation were heartbroken, our own Miss North Carolina had embarrassed our State President. You could just see the anguish on his face, standing on the stage in front of thousands of students. Then, with impeccable timing she said: "Oh come on, you know this" and with that, she broke in theme song from the Andy Griffith show. It was awesome.

SHAZAYAM! It's a family thing. My daughter married a guy from Mount Airy. I'll settle for the beer and the taco at any upcoming "tacogate". Very much looking forward to meeting you, EJ!

I
Jeanne! I first met her at my sorority's convention in Greensboro about 17 years ago when she gave the keynote. I got to introduce her to the assembled group.
A few years later, I got to work with her when she was a scholarship donor to the Miss North Carolina Pageant, and I was on the Board.
What a lovely, funny woman! If you ever have the chance to hear Jeanne speak, do it!

She was our speaker when I graduated from Elon. She was fantastic! Her son, "Beaver," is an Elon alum and she said that she and her husband sat in the audience at his graduation with paper bags over their heads because they were seriously concerned that Beaver wouldn't graduate. Apparently it was a last second decision

Sister Sue's college friend had the actual whistler from the series as the speaker at her high school graduation. I never did learn why/how that was set up but it always makes me chuckle.
