Works for me...the rest of us need to stop sooner...leave it down to or two 'designated' posters and then lock it 9909

I'll happily step aside and watch the magic happen

The challenge was issued in the milestones thread I think. At least that is where I recall seeing it when this got started.
I think you're right, but I tried to find it a little while ago and couldn't.

Okay, who wants to be the two designated posters? I'm not sure I can stay on long enough to do that.

Ymo seems like the logical choice....Ymo stand up and be immortalized in CTN lore!

Oh, and I don't know if it's really a milestone... It's definitely not a posting milestone, but tomorrow is 9/9/09!

With enough effort, I'm sure we could make it a posting milestone.

We basically need to try to stop at 9900 and take it one post at a time from there, if we really want to stop at 9909.

I can't figger out how to lock the thread so it's a free-for-all. I like the idea of everyone bowing out except for 1-2 people. My beef tenderloin beckons so it will NOT be me. Y'all figger it out. Amazing. Simply amazing. :-bd ^:)^ \:D/ :ymapplause:

If we succeed, this should go down in the CTN history thread as the finest bit of choreographed mass PW'ing in the history of the interweb. ;)

Do we have a mod on here that CAN lock it down if we decide to do it? What do you guys think? Should we TRY to lock it down 'til midnight?
