If true, even better.

Now, what will it take for JGR to fire the other :ymsick: .

Another public fuck up?
Not since he rammed someone in the truck series. Just hoping he get's fired too. And soon!

Darian Grubb was named Denny Hamlin's crew chief.

Meanwhile, Ragan has an offer to drive for James Finch Racing, contingent on what happens with Penske.

And Kurt Busch is looking at Finch Racing.

Zipadelli moves from crew chief of Joey Freakin' Logano to become competition director at ... STEWART-HAAS. Smoke gets re-united with his former crew chief, who will have duties directing race matters for Smoke, Newman, and apparently, the limited schedule of races for DANICA.

Jason Ratcliff moves over to be Logano's crew chief. Ratcliff had been director for Blech, but I believe Tilly convinced him that he needed a rest from that position.
;)

Didn't take much convincing. ;)

Interesting...I'm sure this would work well into a Jeff Foxworthy routine.

Dinger joins Penske Racing, replacing KuBusch.

I wonder if KuBusch replaces Dinger at Petty.

BestBuy leaves Petty as well, becoming a big sponsor of Kenseth, and a minor sponsor of Edwards.

OMG
Kurt Busch will drive for James Finch and Phoenix Racing. He'll drive the #51 car that LANDON CASSILL drove last year.
:))
At this point, I simply throw my hands up. It's quite possible that Group C will no longer have David Ragan (STILL without a ride) and Cassill, but may have KURT BUSCH.

And does DINGER now become a group A or does he remain a Group B driver? I vote that he stays in B.

A little while ago, colchar was wondering what would happen to Group C.
Here are some early thoughts:
1) I think Group A shrinks down by two, shoving out Biffle and KurtBusch to Group B (although some might argue that Busch goes to Group C because of his move to Cassill's car).
2) I think JamieMac moves from Group B to Group C.
3) Group C should have MM/MW.
4) Group C will also have Danica for however many races she has this year.
5) Ragan Smith remains in Group C.

Meanwhile, I have no idea what will happen with David Ragan and Brian Vickers.

Life is so confusing! 8-} %-( :veryconfused:

Hopefully they'll be better organized at the Kentucky race this year.

David Reutimann looks destined to the C list. He has just signed with Tommy Baldwin Racing, teaming with Dave Blaney (formerly of the GOLDEN CORRAL car).

C lister or B lister: Aric Almirola? Richard Petty Motorsports signed Almirola to replace Dinger in the #43 car. Still no sponsorship.

SO, now that Reutimann, Almirola, and KuBusch have been signed, what will become of Vickers and Ragan?

They team up to solve crimes in Southern California while driving a Ford Gran Torino...

Ricky Stenhouse is driving the Roush #6 car in the Daytona 500.
Supposedly, the #6 may be running the first five races.

SO, the C List for the first race will have at least two drivers: Danica and Stenhouse.

Hey Lavabe, I'm interested in playing this year. Could you post a link to the rules, etc.? Thanks, AW. :D

Way cool!! They don't have anything up just yet. I usually wait for the announcement from Ymo. He runs our league.

And really... we're wondering what on earth they are going to do this year, given the number of teams that have closed up shop.

By the way, Daytona (the first race of the year) is near the end of February this year.
