True, but this one is a bit limited due to the time involved.Miles wrote:Never give up on a dream.YmoBeThere wrote:I may have to give up the dream relatively quickly here.

Oh, and by the way, if you actually make it, that's gonna be like 40 frakkin' pages on the LTE, and I just want you to know, there's no frakkin' way I'm readin' 40 pages tomorrow.

Let me think on it, if you would have said, "To fight and never surrender" I would have said lyrics from Canadian singer Corey Hart.bjornolf wrote:To quote on of my favorite movies, "Never give up, never surrender!"YmoBeThere wrote:I may have to give up the dream relatively quickly here.

I signed up my kid for all kinds of studies. One, a breastfeeding study, earned us free diapers for a year.DukeUsul wrote:Saw a flyer up at Duke Pediatrics wanting parents to volunteer their children for H1N1 (piggy) flu vaccine trials. I'm not at all against vaccines (I love them in fact), and I'm all for getting my family involved in research (Katie has twice participated in studies at the Duke Infant Cognition Center).... but something gives me the heebie jeebies about putting my kid in a H1N1 (piggy) flu vaccine study.
Another study got us free formula (which kind of conflicted with the breastfeeding study), but once he quit nursing, we just switched over to the free formula.

I go to the courthouse. I touch door handles that 8500 people have already touched in the previous 24 hours. I am exposed to all kinds of stuff.DukieInKansas wrote:I've never gotten a flu shot. If I'm going to have a day or two off from work, I'd rather be doing something fun than recuperating from the flu.

I LOVE that movie. Probably my favorite part is when Tony Shaloub is trying to figure out how to use the matter transporter, and turns the alien inside out. Him making out with the squid tentacles is pretty sweet too.
