Question for DD: would it be so wrong for me to have a cheeseburger for the second night in a row (and that would make red meat three nights in a row  ). Last night was a greasy, fatty, delicious burger. Tonight would be a combo beef and bison, so it's not nearly as delicious. I did walk 4 miles today if that makes any difference :).

breakfast: banana and multiple mugs of hot tea
lunch: salad and a handful of cashews
supper: 3 oz pork tenderloin, 1/4 grilled portobello mushroom, and 1/2 baked sweet potato accompanied by a couple of glasses of Shiraz

For the record: I'm working out again along with starving and if I don't start losing some damned weight I'm going to suit up for the Duke-UNC football game and kick the shit out of some tarholes

Ooooh! I like the way UNC gets the misspelled red underline and Duke doesn't!!! GTHC, GTH!!

For supper, we had guacamole and chips, more sloppy joes (better the second time around) and a garden salad. YUM!

Lunch: Two slices of Tony's pizza and a buncha diet Cokes.

Note to Ozzie: Mrs. DD thought is was 1/2 star below Sami's on a 10 star scale. (9.5) Tony's pizza is REAL good.

Tough call. Depends on the rest of your diet, what you had with the burger, what breakfast and lunch were, your family history, your weight (not the burger's weight  ), the results of a recent lipid profile (kinda tough to think about that at age 27), the fat content (bison should be a bit lower than cow) and a few other factors. Then, there's always Zocor/Lipitor/Crestor. :)) =))

My supper was an old Southern combination: a small bowl of pinto beans and a small bowl of greens. Chopped onion was available to eat with the beans and some sweet chow chow to accompany the greens. A warm cornbread muffin finished out the menu. Tasty and not too filling!

As someone born and raised in Dublin, OH, I can't believe anyone would equate Wendy's with a :( . Did you forget to dip your fries in your Frosty? That's the only explanation I have.
Yum yum yum! That's one of the best meals $1.98 (plus tax) can buy! Biggie Fries and Frosty for dippin. =p~

Lots of Chinese going on last night. I cooked my stepson's birthday dinner (even though bday was saturday), he requested sesame chicken and egg rolls. I never did sesame chicken before..it was gooooood! (recipe later in that thread).

Breakfast: another freakin' bagel (dutch/apple crumb raisin or something like that), low-fat honey-walnut cream cheese, OJ and milk

I've had it with bagels for a while. My wife had better have that last one consumed by the time I arrive home this evening, or, or, or,

(I'll probably have it for breakfast tomorrow   :)) )
