M&Ms and Doritos had cute ads.

OPTIMA commercial had plenty of sex, and was one of the more bizarro commercials.

It was.
Kudos to NBC for not having many commercial breaks (the ads were mediocre as a whole).

Apocalypse Chevy commercial. Not bad. The fact that Twinkies made it through the apocalypse with Chevy trucks: hilarious. A twofer commercial!
This was my favorite - the Twinkies surviving sealed the deal for me.

Ugh. Hate the GoDaddy commercials, but they aren't aimed at me, either.

Now, Matthew McConaughey, well, I'd volunteer to help paint him.

I wish Oscar Meyer or Hormel or Farmland, or even Beggin' Strips, would buy out the Geico pig's contract. I think he would be great in them. :D

I didn't notice it. I suppose MIA is trying to get some publicity. It wasn't enough for her that she was onstage with Madonna at the Super Bowl, was it?

MADONNA owned the Halftime Show Stage!!! Loved the show! She still has it! Dancing in those hi heel boots, and doing several cartwheels. Loved that she had CeLo and LMFAO singing with her. MIA... she obviously wanted some attention.... but Girl.. YOU AINT UPSTAGING MADONNA!!! Ending with the Gospel Choir and "LIKE a PRAYER".... was awesome! Performing at the Super Bowl is a hard gig. And Madonna did a great performance!

Loved the game! GIANTS WIN! :happy-bouncyblue: :happy-bouncyblue: Eli Manning, MVP again! One of Coach Cut's former Quarterbacks!!! What a game! :ymparty:  :-BD

Sorry, but I had no idea that Madonna went through a Toni Basil cheerleader phase. %-( And the Trojan/Egyptian warboat entrance did nothing for me. (-|
I also wondered why she changed from hooked up microphone and switched to handheld. :-B

On the other hand, I did kind of like the promo she did with Jay Leno.

Halftime Show Extras:
Bearded Toga dude on a tightrope... BIZARRO camera angle. :-o As a man, that was just painful to watch. #-o
Celo... sorry, but I couldn't get SNL's parody of him from the night out of my head. :))
LMFAO: Snore. Playing the same freakin' song. Your 15 minutes of fame are winding down. :asleep: LMFAO, meet ACE OF BASE.

More about Madonna:

I liked it that she stumbled in stepping up on the bleachers in those chunky clunky high heels. That's something I would do.

I was impressed that she could turn cartwheels at age 53. I'm afraid that I'll break something if I try to turn a cartwheel.

I still like to sing along to her songs. It takes me back to the days when I could turn cartwheels and shake my booty without jiggling everything else.

Also, she didn't need to expose her "girls" in order to sell a song (a la Christina Aguilera at Etta James' funeral service last month).

I liked the halftime show! I have always liked Madonna's songs. SuperBowl is a tough gig and I think she did an excellent job!! I was so amazed when she did several cartwheels. (In those high heeled boots, at that!)

A friend just old me that the David Beckham ad (for his underwear brand) had 'great music'. I remember seeing that ad, but I don't recall it having any send...perhaps I was distracted somehow..... =p~ =p~ =p~ =p~ =p~
