I went way outside my comfort zone with some picks this week so it will be interesting to see how they pan out.
We should be at the point in the season where all those Dinger & Menard picks during the season should make for some interesting C list picks now. Hmm, should I go with Bill Elliot or Regan Smith?

And I will need some magic to use those RCR drivers. I have like only 2 races left for each of them.

My A list is in fine shape.

Oh MY!!! Sadler in your B list?

In all honesty, your picks reflect a lot of what the preview stated. Biffle makes sense. The B list is similar to the preview. And the C list isn't too crazy (how can you be crazy with Menard).

I've used the preview as a guide all season long. I check some info on it and then make my own decisions.

Qualifying went well for me this week, hopefully that carries over to the race as well.

Oh brother...
I'm running 1, 2 (Smoke/Harvick) and 33rd/39th (Smith/Reutimann). The 00 got tapped by Blech in lap 52, then 00 tapped Blech just a lap or so ago, causing 00 to wreck out (or be in the garage for the rest of the race). Blech tapped the wall, and may have sustained significant steering issues.

Smoke, Biff, and Harvick are the class of the race so far. Burton, Kenseth, and JG racing well today, as is Rocketman.

JJ having a mediocre day.

Pole sitter KK did well early, then quickly fell down the standings.
Menard is racing slightly better than KK.

Over halfway done.

OH MY... 00 is back on the track. Expect a future love tap on Blech.

KK into the wall, another caution on lap 165.
Harvick in the lead going into the pits.

In C list action, Dinger is steady, and will finish ahead of Menard. Hornish is out with a broken axle.

Blech on the radio is going to go NUTS with the officials to go after 00.

Seriously, Blech's car is hurt. They're going to fix the car to minimize the points he'll lose.

Most people are, but you DO have hope ... in Menard. He's in 2nd because of a 2-tire pit stop (he and Jamie Mac are 1-2 because of the strategy), but I expect Harvick, Smoke, and Biff to pass really quickly on 4 tires.

Give credit to Menard. He stopped his big fall.

10 laps to go.
It's ALL BIFFLE (and yes... I will beat colchar to the call of "I put him on the bench"). 5 second lead over Smoke, err, JJ (I chose Smoke, but JJ is on my bench). Harvick in 4th.

Menard will finish in the top 10. FANTASTIC pit strategy.

Yamo gets 2, 8, 9, and 11th today. I think he just stomped the competition.

I think I may have picked up about 10 pts on colchar... however, the Race for 2nd Place in the Fantasy League has just tightened up, thanks to Ymo. Good job, Ymo! EXCELLENT picking. ^:)^

MEANwhile, JJ has taken a small lead over Denny Hamlin in the real Chase.

Oh MY!! MILES gets kudos for winning this week's race by 2 pts over Ymo!!

Meanwhile, Ymo vaults into 3rd place, a mere 90 pts behind me in 2nd. I gained TWELVE WHOLE POINTS on colchar. Got another 268 pts to catch our Canadian maven.

On to CALIFORNIA!!

I just got home and saw that he finished first. I am so thrilled I left him on the bench today! I'm picking (mostly) the right drivers, I'm just not choosing the right starters :(
