Well, I had a dream last night. That I escaped from a prison. And had to crawl through sewage. Just like...you guessed it, Shawshank. It was this thread where someone mentioned it yesterday, right?

In other words, is there a nature vs nurture component to PWing ability, right? :ugeek:YmoBeThere wrote:PWing can definitely be improved with practice. But how much of it is innate ability?
Most people say that is it is the intellect which makes a great scientist. They are wrong: it is character.

Not too, too much. Actually, maybe it has been a bit -- it's always a bit on the LTE, even when you only leave for a few hours. :lol:cl15876 wrote:I am back... let me SEE WHAT I'VE MISSED!!!!!

CellR has been filling in for all the missed Bones PW'ing.cl15876 wrote:I am back... let me SEE WHAT I'VE MISSED!!!!!
EJ is still MIA.
We now have a chat room, but still can't figure out its name.
Brunchgaters are gearing up.
Arkie is a force in SCRABBLE.
I failed my blood test (and there was no curve).
And of course, we learned about Miles' fascination with the word RAMEKIN.
What else?

It was all assay, and my LDL cholesterol was very high. So, I go on Zocor, and follow my doctor's and devildeac's instructions.captmojo wrote:Were the questions that difficult?Lavabe wrote: I failed my blood test (and there was no curve).

I guess it's all part of being middle aged. That and colonoscopies (I get mine in about 10 days).

Cheerios worked for me. I went from 140something, down to double digits in 9 months. Of course I had lost about 50lbs over that stretch. Surely, that had something to do with it. My experience can't match your doctor's though. Good luck on bringing it down.
Bedtime now. 5AM comes too damn early.
