As I was grousing over a triffle annoyance I received a text message from a friend...someone we worked with for a number of years took his own life, leaving two teenage daughters and a wife. We were not particualry close, and had not seen each other very often since I left that company 5 years ago. We did have lunch once or twice, and his kids were the apple of his eye. I am stunned. I can't imagine how his children are feeling today.

Send some Vibes to Don's daughters Danielle and Amber, that they make it through these difficult times.


Certainly put my little annoyance into perspective!
