Hilarious. I have long thought that was one of the funniest words in the English language. My brother and I have been know to set each other giggling with that word and nothing else.Miles wrote:Ramekin.

Of course 10 of that 12+ is on CrazieTalk

The Chronicle of Higher Ed has been ALL OVER this issue. There's money to be made by the many traditional universities who choose to have online class offerings. There's also a service component that online courses fill in many state universities. And many people who are holding down 9-9 jobs or who are in rural locations can have access to higher education, and can improve their own positions.DukeUsul wrote:I agree. It may not make sense in a tier 1 research institute, but the online course system can make a LOT more sense for nontraditional students. One of my students was a mother of a toddler and an infant. She was doing well when her car broke down. And then she had sitter issues ... an online course would have made a great deal of sense for her.

Hmmm...the rate of posting should drop dramatically. Unless they start doing what was done over yonder. But that is part of why we came over here in the first place? Right?devildeac wrote:Post counts should drop dramatically... :roll:Lavabe wrote:Same here. ;)CellR wrote:School starts today.
