My thoughts are with DD and his family today.

Good morning.

Various updates. I did get a cortisone shot yesterday for suspected bursitis in my hip. X-rays showed nothing else, no calcification was visible, the bones all looked smooth with even, proper gaps between them. My body accepts cortisone very well - the pressure from the injection only lasted a second or two and there was no swelling or soreness from it. Has it worked? Some, but we'll see as the day (and driving) wears on.

dd and family was flying out to Portland yesterday, and since we have not heard of any plane crashes, we can assume they all arrived safely. The services are tomorrow (I believe), and they will be returning on Saturday. Thoughts, prayers and vibes during this difficult time. }}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}
