I first had smashed potatoes in New Orleans years ago. Dinner/Supper last night - an awesome salad!!!! and a bunch of chocolate! My craving was out of control!!!!!
Breakfast: Coffee, Green Tea, Coffee, Coffee, Coffee, Green Tea, Coffee
Lunch/Dinner: (late around 3pm), chicken pot pie and burrito, yummy!!!! The ultimate mix , really wanted a salad!
Dinner/Supper: (combined with 3pm meal), maybe some chocolate for dessert and sweet tea!
Breakfast: Coffee, Green Tea, Coffee, Coffee, Coffee, Green Tea, Coffee

Supper (Cloverdale Kitchen): Small bowl of spaghetti with meat sauce, tossed salad with chunky house made blue cheese dressing, garlic bread (1 slice), water with lemon
Breakfast: mixed cereals topped with blueberries and skim milk

Breakfast: nothing. Had dr's appointment for routine blood work (fasting)
Lunch: tried KFC's grilled chicken breast. Will not be buying that again. Too greasy, very little grilling.
Supper: Girls in my high school class get together twice a year for dinner...Girls' Night Out at Billy Bob's Diner. Don't know what I'll order, but I'm hungry!
