I support insect rights, even arachnids. I try not to kill anything, but they were invading!
Are they edible? If so, get more cats...

They let me down big time. My cats are master hunters, but they find the earwigs unbelievably boring. They show them no interest, don't even look twice when they drop off the ceiling.

I finally buckled and bought some poison, laid a perimeter around the house and enjoyed a relatively slow evening with only a dozen or so bugs.

So, there is trouble in paradise...there was a hotel I stayed at in Brazil(Fortaleza, not far from the beach) where I went through each night with my shoe and crushed cockroaches.

Spray some catnip on a few of them. Maybe the cats will develop an interest in them after a few.

yDid you hear about these guys that tried to break the texting record for a month? One of them got his bill in a box, a $26K bill. Yipes! :-o

My favorite part of this is that the one guy said his wife wasn't a fan of this. I'm shocked that either of these guys even have wives. :-B

I have a couple highly annoying yap dogs across my cul-de-sac. I wonder if a horde of these could devour the mongrels.

calling all Shin Kickers...

This has been a day. Okay, remember that closing for my condo is in 2 days? Well, maybe now "was" in 2 days. When I arrived at the final walk-through this afternoon, my realtor was on the phone with my loan officer. Bank of America rejected my mortgage application today because the condo association doesn't have enough money in reserve to pay for major repairs. Not because of my finances, but because of the condo association. Now, when did B of A ask for the condo association budget? They asked for (and received) a copy of the condo association budget this morning. The loan documents were already at the title company for closing. I received a letter several weeks ago with final approval for my loan. How the frak can they do this at the last minute? When did "approved with all contingencies removed" stop meaning approved with all contingencies removed? The loan officer says that he's appealing the decision, but I'm going on the assumption now that it's not going to happen. So, I'm likely out my earnest money plus my loan application fee. And, yes, I am going to move all of my accounts from B of A. Bunch of losers.
