Got home from work around 7pm. Shoveled about 6 inches of snow from the driveway and front walk. Have completed watching the recording of the game. I probably should go out and shovel the next few inches.

Our forecast has changed. Originally was 3-6" of snow. Now it's 6-12". :-o :twitch:

Those bastards are predicting snow for us tomorrow. Snow is only welcome during the work week. On Saturday, snow sucks.

Weather forecasts which include some form of frozen precipitation seem to be the order of the day. One almost needs a calendar to keep up with them!

Currently the forecast for the western edge of the Piedmont includes the following possibilities (based mostly on the Weather Channel's predictions): Monday, Jan. 24, 30% chance of flurries; Tuesday, Jan. 25, wintry mix, 70%; Wednesday, Jan. 26, rain and snow showers, 50%. Also keep an eye on Sunday, Jan. 30 for some sort of frozen precipitation.

I admit to enjoying some snow, but this is more than I ever wanted!

Maybe you're experiencing the storm that dumped 9 inches of snow on St. Louis on Thursday. If so, take heart: there's another storm right behind it! We're getting more snow tomorrow. The grocery store is going to be insane today. I so don't want to go. Unfortunately I need to.

I enjoy the snow too. Fortunately I don't have to drive in it. I'd enjoy it a lot less if I did.

Same here, neighbor!

I admit that most winters I'm like an 8 year old about snow. This one, not so much. I'm ready for spring.

Considering also that I have 9am court on Wednesday, I'd like spring to start on Tuesday instead of the wintry mix. (I could live with feet of snow in the varnish zone so I don't have to work on Wednesday, if that's better on the weather gods' schedule.)

Cold again today. Snow is predicted - another 3 to 5 inches. I'm glad my commute to work is very short.

Sunny and cold up here in Foscoe/Banner Elk. We had a dusting of snow Thursday night/Friday morning, but nothing much.

January in Seattle can be surprisingly pleasant. Forecast for the next 7 days -- highs in the high 40's/low 50's, fog in the morning, burning off by afternoon to sunny and clear. It's nice to see the sun. It's been awhile (early November, I think.)

It's tempting..but I know it's cold in Derm too. So if I'm gonna be cold, I might as well enjoy all of winter's wonders. We got dumped on. I'm going on a snow walk after dinner. It will be pretty.
