It is also available on Blue Devil Sports Network affiliates across the state and the Varsity Network mobile app. In addition, fans can watch the show on Facebook Live via the Duke Football Facebook page. Crazy thing is, if we eliminate some of those mistakes we can even play better.

I majorly overslept. That was such a great game!

Arkansas fans are laughing and blaming the loss on Chad Morris. He’s the former Arkansas coach and was an absolute disaster in that role. He’s now a special assistant to Dabo Swinney. If it’s The Chad Morris Effect, as the Hogs fans have dubbed it, Clemson needs to get him far, far away from their program. Maybe unc could hire him.

If the rest of the season continues in this fashion, some high profile programs are going to come calling with dump trucks full of $. Hoping Coach Elko doesn’t follow Coach Spurrier’s example and bolt for greener pastures.

You posted this in chat or in another thread last pm and again today and this is 110% true. One can never play a perfect game but eliminate 3-4 penalties and a bonehead play or two and we do play better.

And if our receivers can actually catch the passes that hit them in their hands..... and then not fumble it before hitting the ground. :9f:

OMG! I didn’t know this:

From X:

“After Dabo mocked the long walk from the visiting locker rooms to the field here at Wallace Wade, it appears that Duke put a bunch of children’s bounce houses in Clemson’s path”

https://twitter.com/ShawnKrest/status/1 ... tball-ncaa

This is pure evil genius work.

People mocked Dabo on Twitter, um, X, after he complained about the walk from the locker rooms. Pointed out that at home games his team takes a bus from the locker room to the stadium. :9f:

I'm pretty sure that my "grandfather's football team" had some decent years, so perhaps Andrea Adelson needs to come up with a different comparison, but overall what she writes about Duke is a good read.
From an article on ESPN.
Teams that have pleasantly surprised

Duke: The Blue Devils won nine games last season and returned 18 starters, including quarterback Riley Leonard. Yet what Duke did to Clemson in the season opener stunned the entire college football world. Well, except for one group: the Blue Devils themselves. While the 28-7 victory might have seemed surprising -- considering the opponent and domination -- Duke is not your grandfather's football team.
"If we can have a good season, there's no question what type of football program we have," Leonard told ESPN. "Coach Elko is in this thing for the long run, so I think Duke football is building a name for itself, and we're going to be around for a long time."

TAKE CARE OF UCONN!!
I know that the coaches and team will be focused on the task at hand, but still it makes me nervous. Amazingly, this game is Duke's first away game of the season. Even though the team is better on paper, it's still a new experience for them, and being human, you know they are excited for the Irish the following week.

Oh...besides actually beating UCONN, I want to see us come back to Durham healthy. No injuries in Storrs, please!
