I also enjoy eggs in a basket.

I'm quite the opposite. I like mine over easy...running all over the plate so I can sop the yolk up with a biscuit or toast.
I also love a poached egg...Eggs Benedict is my single favorite dish.
Scrambled eggs are also good. I love eggs.
What wilson said (minus the eggs benedict being a favorite dish.) We had Brinner last night - french toast, bacon, and over-easy eggs. Ymmm.

I've always thought McDonald's should offer this as a variant on the Egg McMuffin, I guess Egg McBenedict.

You should come down to Atlanta. We'll take you to The Vortex and get you a burger with an egg on it ("The Coronary Bypass") and a real beer.

Red Robin's and iHop both have burgers with fried eggs on them. At Red Robin's, it's one of their most popular burgers.

Speaking of which, you need to get your butt down to Atlanta soon too.

Mostly, I like them in their shell in the fridge...

Unless they're deviled, Benedicted, or in cake batter or cookie dough. Or "eggs in a baggie" on a Girl Scout camping trip.

Regarding the egg on the burger thing, that's the specialty of the house at Sunset Grille, owned and run by Marty Nessley.

My brother is a regular at the Sunset Grille. He can call up and say things like, "Hey, it's Hal. I'll be there in 20 minutes and I'd like an egg burger." It will ready for him when he gets there.

Delicious is right! Before I moved to California, I'd order the occasional bacon cheeseburger, topped with fried egg, from my favorite restaurant in Charlotte. Yesterday I was talking to the head chef/owner and he said that any time someone orders that he'll walk out of the kitchen convinced to see me sitting at the bar.

As soon as I can eat one, I'll be sure to have one.
